We’re dedicating 10% of our earnings to the uXTalent Foundation with one clear mission: to transform troubled youth girls into world-class leaders through mentorship camps and programs.
I know what it’s like to be one of those girls because I was once a troubled youth myself. I faced challenges, doubts, and obstacles that seemed impossible to overcome. But what I lacked was the guidance, the mentorship, and the belief in my own potential. That’s why we’re building something I wish I had growing up—real opportunities for these young women to tap into their natural boldness and leadership potential.
These girls already have something many spend years trying to develop—courage. They’ve been through adversity, and that fire inside them is a leadership quality in its purest form. Our role is to give them the tools, the confidence, and the support they need to turn that fire into something powerful. Leadership is about embracing that boldness, owning your place, and transforming your future.
Through mentorship, camps, and programs, we’re not just shaping leaders—we’re helping these young women realize that their past doesn’t define them. Their vision, courage, and resilience do.
